Ceremonies written with you in mind and delivered to make your day special
Your wedding is a day to remember for so many reasons and a wedding ceremony that will live in your heart forever is the one which is written just for you and about you!
How I can help. This is where I come in. I have some lovely ideas to make this a memorable day. Having your ceremony written just for you is what this is all about. What I like to do is to spend some time with you so that we can get to know each other and talk about your ideas and hopes for your day. Between us we will fine tune your ceremony together and once you are certain of the wording and order of events, all that’s left is for me to officiate your wedding on the day.
Writing Personal Vows
Did you know that the promises you make express your commitment to each other as you set out on the next stage of your life together and how you write your wedding vows is completely up to you? You may want to keep to the more traditional wording or create something more unique and personal.
Did you know? There are some beautiful ceremonial readings out there and finding the most suitable for the occasion is great fun. You can include anything: favourite poems, meaningful readings, prayers and involving a family member or friend can be a way of sharing the wonderful experience of the ceremony.
Did you know that music sets the scene for the wedding and may be just as important as the spoken words? It could be the music you heard when you first met, or something equally touching. Don’t be afraid to be creative.
How I can help. Let’s work together to find the perfect entrance piece and the one that will lead you out as husband and wife.
Did you know that the giving and exchanging of rings is purely ceremonial? Building some other symbolic element into your wedding ceremony may be just the choice to complete your already special day.
How I can help. I would be really happy to help you find exactly the right one to make the day perfect for you.
Did you know that UK law requires that marriages be registered in either a church or a register office to become legal. As an Independent Celebrant, I am not registered to conduct the legal part of a marriage so in reality all you need is a short ceremony at any Registry Office with your 2 witnesses. A quick and uncomplicated affair. If you have any questions I can help.
Where I come in? “To conduct a unique ceremony just for you.”
“When we first decided to have a celebrant perform our wedding ceremony we were unsure exactly what to expect so it was a huge relief when we met Anita for the first time and knew immediately that we had made the right decision. When it came to the big day itself we could not have imagined a better ceremony. All our guests agreed that our ceremony was one of the most touching and personal they had been to. Thank you again Anita for helping to make our big day so special.”
Where can we hold this ceremony? The answer is very simple. Anywhere you like. Somewhere that is beautiful and perfect and fits the bill.
Did you know that there is no need for licensed premises? You are only limited by your imagination, so make it everything you want it be. Don’t forget, it’s all about your day.
How I can help. I have been so lucky to play a part in lots of different weddings with different atmospheres and I can help with some inspiration.
